29 Nov, 2024I would like to stay here again the next time I go to New York. First of all, the location is great and the rooms are very clean. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but it was manageable. Above all, the service from the staff was excellent. If there was something I didn't understand, they explained it to me patiently. The taxi arrangements were especially helpful and polite. Thank you so much Jojo!

07 Dec, 2024Adrian at the front desk was amazing. He was friendly, personable and had great food recommendations. Carlos was always smiling and greeted us every time he saw us come in. Our only complaint is the WiFi being down for maybe half a day. When I asked front desk about it the woman who was there pretty much just shrugged at me. An apology would have been appropriate. We came to see the city not stay in our rooms so it’s not the end of the world, the timing was just inconvenient. Nonetheless, we would stay again.

17 Oct, 2024This place was perfect. The room was immaculate as far as cleanliness. I just needed one night to get to a meeting at the corporate office early so my usage was limited but it couldn’t have been easier and more suitable. I also left behind IN THE TRASH no less, my drivers license, and also a book on the bed. They spoke with housekeeping while I was on the phone to locate my property, which they did, and then they held it for me until my workday was done. I’m so grateful and it smells really good in there.

22 Oct, 2024Great hotel that is right in the middle of time square, conveniently located by a wide array of restaurants, attractions, shopping, and public transit. Check in was relatively quick and the staff were friendly. For the most part, the room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Single king bed comfortably sleeps 1-2 people. However, there were a few utility issues that prevent me from rating it the full 5 stars. The main issues were with the bathroom; the bathroom light switch did not work, so it had to remain on at all times, even during the night. The shower knob for our room did not work either, and you were stuck with a scalding hot shower at all times, so you were only able to take a shower for less than a minute before it became too hot to bear. There were also some electrical outlets throughout the room that did not work, but this was lesser of an issue. Overall it was definitely a great stay, with a few minor issues that can be fixed to make it a better stay for future guest.

16 Sep, 2024We were so happy with Aura! The hotel location was excellent. We went with another couple who are good friends and had their own room there. We all agreed that the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We especially loved Carlos who was there to kindly greet us at check-in and say goodbye to us at check-out. The price point was excellent! The hotel itself was very quiet at night and the mattress was very comfortable. We had a great sleep.The checking in and out process was super easy and seamless. This will be our go-to hotel whenever traveling to NYC!
