25 Aug, 2024I spent 5 days August 15-19 at this 5 star hotel, the customer service was amazing, the room service was excellent, the location was on point to walk to Times Square and other attractions. The restaurant was too pricey $90.00 for breakfast food bacon eggs grits toast the usual things that was not exceptional good. Our first day was great we had services provided like ice brought to our room, turn down night service and water on the night stand. My only disappointment was the cable went out on the morning of our second day and never came back on the for our remaining 4 days, there wasn’t any updates provided unless we asked, and no compensation given at check out for this huge inconvenience. We were told a manager would call us with how they planned to compensate us for the cable inconvenience but no one ever reached out to us with anything and to me this is unacceptable for a 5 star service they claim to provide. We stayed out during the day but the evenings we had to watch our cell phones in order to watch tv.

28 Jul, 2024What an amazing property and staff. Every single person who works there goes out of their way to make sure your stay is personalized and enjoyable. The restaurant in the property is AMAZING and the rooms are incredible. After having lived in NYC for over a decade, I never thought I'd actively choose to stay in a hotel near Times Square, but this is the only hotel I'll ever stay at in the city again. A truly wonderful experience and hotel.

06 Sep, 2024Stayed at a Junior King Suite for 3 days and I was so impressed by how good this hotel was. Service from the front desk, housekeeping, bellmen, and restaurants were amazing. Breakfasts were consistently good. The stay was very delightful and the best of my business trip in New York.

23 Sep, 2024I’ve been to this hotel a couple of times this year and the staff is top notch; very attentive to guests needs and proactive in addressing issues. I arrived to the hotel late one evening while hungry and during checkin, the front desk called the restaurant to put my order in before the restaurant closed and before fully getting a room. I appreciate the effort and efficiency. In addition, the restaurant staff is amazing.
