17 Nov, 2024This hospital helped me after I got struck by a car as a pedestrian. For that I’m forever grateful. Went in with an ambulance at late night, emergency room, and I’m very happy with my treatment here. They treated me well. Nice staff, respectful, understanding. I’m very happy with Mt. Sinai Morningside and will be coming here as my hospital of choice whenever I have another health related issue. Thank you.

17 Dec, 2024My wife got to the ER TUESDAY about 12 noon by ambulance. They put her in the hallway. Later, I went to get coffee ☕️, When I returned, my wife was choking. Had l not returned, my wife would have choked to death . She didn't get a bed until almost two 2 days, in that crowded ER . Upstairs, the treatment and attitude of the staff OUTRAGEOUS 🙄 Medical Care Delayed is Medical Care Denied Corrective action is needed. Stop ✋️ the for profit Medical System, or let us have Euthanasia ( Good 👍 Death)

22 Nov, 2024On Monday my brother was sent to the ER for a pain on his left leg which has an open ulcer after being there for 12 hours he was sent home without Doctor even checking or even covering it up . On Tuesday he woke up with very high fever and couldn’t even stand I call EMS and he was brought back here . We have been here in the ER since then . I ask to speak to a social worker and was told since he has been admitted I had to wait to get upstairs to the room . My brother is a diabetic and wasn’t given anything to eat since Tuesday . The staff is so disrespectful and with nasty attitudes. Sorry to say I have had better treatment at the ASPCA . My brother can’t walk and they’re talking about sending him home like this . I will be calling every news channel and a lawyer if I don’t receive the proper attention my brother needs . This hospital has to be the worst in Manhattan .

15 Dec, 2024Adam Jacobs, MD is one of the most human, kind and competent OBGYN providers I have ever met in my life. He explains everything in great detail while at the same time ensuring you are understanding him. He is compassionate and empathetic which made me feel at peace. I recommend him without hesitations. Radhika Viswanathan, MD was also amazing as she worked along side Dr. Jacob. She was very sweet, understanding and had great bed side manners . Along with this team was Adrianna N. Burgos Torres, LMSW (they/she) - OB Bereavement and Palliative Care Social Worker who was so caring and understanding during a difficult loss in our lives. Adrianna met with my husband and I and provided bereavement resources which really assisted us during a traumatic loss. Alongside Arianna, was Julia Rosenbaum (she/her/hers) , Program Coordinator, Division of Complex Family Planning who helped assist and coordinate a surgical procedure for us. She was heaven sent during a very difficult time. Julia went above and beyond to help us. I will forever be grateful for her. I was also seen by Anesthesiologist Malikah Latmore, MD and Anesthesiologist Nicholas Cirrone, MD. Both doctors were extremely competent and had great bed side manners . They made me feel safe and secure during a medical procedure. I have had complications with anesthesia before such as vomiting and nausea following a procedure. However I explained all of this to Malikah Latmore, MD and Nicholas Cirrone, MD and had no complications following my procedure. I was so impressed with their level of expertise. I was so impressed with all the staff, nurses and doctors at Mount Sinai Health System. I am eternally grateful.

15 Dec, 2022So they name of the hospital has changed and it has gotten worse wow. This hospital used to be so clean , I was in the ER waiting to see a DR and the floor was nasty. It looked as if it hasn't been clean in days. And a cup with something in it was in the room when we got there. It looked nasty, even Harlem hospital isn't nasty like this. And I was raised in Harlem. Make it make sense. Why does a place that offers care and healing , has to be this way. I felt like I was almost in a 3rd world country being there. It was not nice at all. I'm very familiar with this hospital because I used to work here. Terrible experience hands down. And the service lack luster at best.
