01 Dec, 2024They refused to refund the $175 "Damage Deposit" for my stay in October 2024. Their website states this is a "Refundable Deposit" but I called four times to see if I could get it back and got the runaround every time "It is too late", "the accounting office is closed". Finally the rude person I talked to hung up on me. Others are having the same problem- the damage deposit is not refunded (there was no damage to the room and nothing missing). My room was cold (no heating) and only one blanket provided so I slept with my clothes on. "Shared washroom" means on the floor i was on, 50 rooms shared the same washroom. I would never stay here again, even if it was free.

15 Sep, 2024This hotel is a scam! First of all it is the green awning towards the left of the corner store on the photo! The AC unit doesn’t even blow out cold air and you will wake up sweating from the hot air . Not to mention you have one dinky pillow per bed. When I first found this hotel the price total was &102, but it was not that price. I stayed in room 816, paid over $500 when I could’ve stayed in a luxurious Hilton hotel instead. I found a round hair ball on the bed….gross….the showers are common bathrooms so you have to bring sandals to bathe because the bugs on the wall, floors are dirty in the community shower had hair balls, trash, and tooth paste on the floor…gross. My friend did not shower on her birthday because the bathroom is so scary. Anyone can walk in and you have to share the bathroom with the 77 rooms on the same floor and there is no trash can in the bathroom. The doors in the stalls doesn’t even close. I attached a photo of the only towel that is included and the soap and shampoo, rolling my eyes. This is the worst experience of my life and the staff is horribly rude don’t forget to bring the extra $175 deposit.

14 Sep, 2024The price was over the limit for the property like this. Charging 49% for the "resort fee" when the resort has nothing exept for the common bathroom and shower for the whole floor is hilarious. The owner of the hotel was very rude to me when I asked her to cancel and refund me. I received a phone call from her and she screamed at me, calling me stupid and rude with my emails. When I came for a check in, I was charged extra 175$ as a deposit, which was never mentioned anywhere. The person at reception was not very welcoming either, I waited in line to get checked in when he just stood up and left for 10 minutes without saying anything. The room was dirty, there was even still trash in a trash bin from previous people. There was noise from the outside, from other rooms and from an ancient fridge. It was cold, and there was no blanket in the room. They charge extra for access to wifi that has as unstable of a connection as it can possible be.

24 Jul, 2024FRAUD, SCAMSTERS. Be careful when you book this hotel. My parents were travelling and had to book a hotel for a night in emergency. Very unfortunate to select this hotel. First, they show online price as $30 or $40 and then add on taxes to make it over $200. Took security deposit $175 (paid in cash because my parents didn't had credit card). They continue their journey next day for destination and this lady "Eliza" (some sort of host manager) didn't return their security deposit. I followed up with her over the phone because couldn't go there personally and requested her to transfer the deposit online, but she refused and started cursing. This is the level of customer service they provide to their customer. She's one pathetic lady I've never seen in my entire life. A BIG scamster. God knows how many people she has scammed already. I advise all of you to look for other options and don't book this hotel.

05 Oct, 2024Great budget friendly space. Clean, and it looks like the posted picture. Keep in mind that this is a self clean and service apartment, not a hotel. Only towel per person per stay, so if you desire daily room cleans, towels, and linens, this place is not for you. Check-in is with the security. There is not a reception desk.
