04 Nov, 2024Stayed here for one night, and it was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and great dining options. Although my stay was short, it was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

30 Oct, 2024This hotel is fairly new so I was skeptical about how my experience was going to go. In all honesty this hotel was incredible. My wife and I had the most amazing stay thanks to such a helpful and kind staff, amazing room and amenities, and overall easy access to the train to get to the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose looking for a fair price for an even better stay. We will definitely be back.

10 Oct, 2024I often travel to NYC but this was my first time staying in a hotel in this part of the city. While vast majority of Manhattan hotels were offering exorbitant prices during my stay, this hotel was suggested by a Travel agency as one potential match for what I was looking for. It has only a handful of reviews when I made the booking and I was somewhat suspicious if it really exists or not. But I trusted the agency and made the booking here. And let me tell you, I have been pleasantly surprised with my stay here! It’s a newly built hotel in its first week of operations. They had minor hiccups (like key card issue) but nothing that should be a cause of concern. I think they need to bring some basic but essential amenities such as a closet space to hang/keep clothes and luggage; iron & ironing board (common if not in each room) and perhaps a little coffee maker. The staff has been very responsive to the needs of the guests. With that said, the hotel has been having full occupancy since its launch. I hope and believe they continue to maintain and exceed the standards that they have set for themselves in the beginning.

12 Nov, 2024Let me start by saying the staff were decent, I didn't need much, so it was fine. The rooms are TINY. The bedding looks like something they picked up from a thrift store or their grandparents basement circa 1952. The whole place stinks of cigarettes. I guess smoking is allowed in room since it is a private property...that was news to me and almost choked me out every time I stepped in the hallway. My room didnt stink terribly, but I could definitely still smell it. The elevator is SLOW!! Thank goodness I was only on the second floor. Doors were being slammed all night, just when I would start to fall asleep I would be jolted awake. Worst hotel sleep I have ever gotten. The towels had stains on them and the water does not get hot. Last, the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Wouldn't go out at night by yourself. Find somewhere else to stay.

22 Oct, 2024First I’d like to state the staff is incredible. And at your service 24/7 But only because they don’t have a working key system the entire 3 days i stayed here. They had someone working with a universal key that had to unlock your door. For most of the stay the elevator was not working. There are no curtains in the showers, no garbage bins in the room. No hair dryer. The water from the shower will leave a the way through the bathroom, out to the room. Not to mention the train outside the hotel was LOUD. That seems to come on and off every ten minutes in either direction. Location can be sketchy if alone. Tv was really good. Needless to say they are very new and still installing things and receiving deliveries everyday. Mattresses, mirrors, are what I saw. I forgot to mention, the sheets and pillowcases smelled like body odour. They looked clean but it had an unusual body odour scent.
