04 Dec, 2024There is nothing about this room that makes it worth $185 for one night. Donโt do it. I will say the gentleman at the front desk seems nice enough and fixed the broken remote issue. Otherwise, I checked in less than an hour ago, and I am completely unsatisfied this quickly. Extremely small rooms, No snack bar to buy drinking water from no drinking water in rooms. 2024 should be standard every room. Drinking Water is a basic lodging need. Somehow, I booked a queen room, got put in a double The only positive I have to say is that the remote got taken care of

26 Aug, 2024Stayed here several times & Iโm impressed. Beds have been super comfy, rooms are small but consistently clean with a fridge & a microwave, nice bathrooms & never had a problem with noise, from the 1st floor to the top. Itโs a tiny bit out of the way, even for Brooklyn, but in a residential neighborhood & still very close to the subway & several bus lines. Ice/vending machines, nearby restaurants & free breakfast are terrific perks. This is a great & affordable option.

25 Sep, 2024The hotel has a good location from my perspective in Brooklyn. It's near to metro station, few minutes to walk into the hotel. Alongside side are many shops to buy groceries, water, fresh pizza ๐ The hotel itself is nice and clean when you enter. Everyone have to pay $50 as a deposit and they promptly refunded me 4 days after I've left as promised. Rooms are spacious, clean and have a microwave with a fridge. Parking slots outside are available but you have to request a permit from the hotel, otherwise the car will be towed away. The breakfast, what to say? Don't expect too much from it! Coffee, black tea, water, waffle machine, some muffins, and some flavoured sachets of oats. Whey I've tried to talk to the lady who dealed with breakfast, it was unsuccessfully. She didn't even understand me, her English was 0% otherwise fine, don't expect any ham, cheese, fruit, eggs or anything like that, it's unavailable ๐ however, hotel itself is nice ๐

27 Aug, 2024Well priced basic hotel in an industrial/ residential part of Broklyn. Staff was friendly to me, but I'm friendly to people Rooms were a nice size for a NYC hotel, and the walkable dining options were solid. Breakfast was very no frills. No protein, but the oatmeal will hold you. Best part was the shower with a shower head and good hot water. The bed was on the hard side. Noise level was average for a hotel.

19 Oct, 2024Horrible room and service. There is AC in the room however you cannot control it. The receptionist/hotel controls it. I visited mid October during a warm weekend and my room would be 80-85 degrees every day. When I contacted the front desk, they told me it would take an hour for it to start working. It took hours for the room to cool down. Outside our room was cooler than in the room!! The same thing happened the next day, and when I requested for the AC be put on or temperature controlled through the day, I was met with โwe will try.โ Not only that but there was a dirty brown stain on our blankets, and giant hole in the floor boards. Horrible room and horrible service. Surrounding areas are ok, still need to take a subway to get to other areas.
