It begins with the receptionist who answer’s the phone in a cheerful tone and directs your calls or concerns with ease and remembers what your calling for or who you need to reach. I loved that it made you feel like you’re the only case they have. Jordan is an excellent attorney and when it comes to negotiations he doesn’t take no or the first offer which I loved! I hope to not have a situation to use them again but if I do they will be the first law firm I reach out too!
