She's very thorough, walks you through the whole process and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions that you have. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our bases covered to fully protect our name and logo trademarks. She pointed out that the online trademark lawyer website we originally used filed mine incorrectly and she helped me get it fixed.
