12 Dec, 2024I hired Russ Kofman to represent me. I sent him all of the information about my case, and was able to text him whenever I had any questions. On the day of my case, Austin Manghan joined me in the courtroom. Russ was able to work out a deal with the prosecution where I had to complete an online course and was able to get me ACD/ACOD where my case would be dismissed and sealed in 6 months. He said that I would probably have to show up for at least one other court appearance before the judge assigned me ACD/ACOD. When Austin Manghan joined me at the stand, he plead not guilty, showed them my certificate of completion, and then spoke with the prosecution, who had no objections. Very unexpectedly, the judge said that I do not have to return to court and I just can’t get arrested in the next 6 months and my case would be dismissed and sealed. It was the perfect outcome. Even though he was veryy expensive, especially for only having to show up to one court date for less than 20 minutes, I guess what they say is true, “you get what you pay for.” I wish I was able to get some money back, but it was worth it in the end. Overall, I am extremely happy with the work Russ/Austin did, and the outcome. I would definitely recommend Russ Kofman and this law firm.
