The attorney is almost always available on his cell. The firm has represented buyers and sellers alike, on hundreds of residential transactions throughout NY and NJ. That includes transactions of all types and sizes, on traditional single-family homes, multifamily homes, townhouses, condominiums and cooperative apartments.
Recent deals closed by our firm range from a small home in Long Island with a modest price of only a couple hundred thousand dollars (where we represented the buyer), to a massive condominium in the beautiful Four Seasons Private Residences located in Downtown Manhattan with a price close to $10,000,000 (where we represented the seller).
