08 Nov, 2024Absolutely exceptional Wyndham hotel - everything was EXACTLY as you would expect from the chain. Apart from that, the staff was phenomenal. Jocelyn was by far the most helpful front desk personnel I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and should be the face of customer service world wide. The Manager was always available, and knowledgeable, and is obviously keeping a wonderful staff through and through. The entire hotel, parking lot and sidewalks, are kept EXTREMELY clean in comparison to the areas around which became very appreciated.

27 Oct, 2024Work trip started as a nightmare… had to leave one hotel and landed here. Frustrated, tired and ready for a good shower and rest, I’m so happy to report this place did the trick. From the start, the front desk team can see my frustration and without any hesitation they upgraded me to a wonderful room with an amazing bathroom. Shower could fit 12 people… not exaggerating, at all! The room is clean, neat and new. AMAZING Boutique style suite in a Ramada Inn. I want to THANK Jocelyn (I may have the spelling wrong) and team for making a stressful day 1MM% better! Don’t make the mistake I made. Just book this place FIRST. The only negative I can say is that the parking is sparse BUT ITS NEW YORK PEOPLE. ;)

19 Oct, 2024Getting here was easy. The whole place was very clean and I had a wonderful stay from being to end. The concierge, Jocelyn was particularly kinda and helpful. She managed everything with ease and made getting settled in a pleasure. Would most definitely return.

From the moment I walked in, Jocelyn's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She is incredibly respectful and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Whether it was providing assistance with room services or offering helpful local recommendations, Jocelyn was always there with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests are truly commendable. Jocelyn's dedication to her role not only enhances the overall guest experience but also reflects positively on the hotel itself. I highly recommend the Ramada Hotel in the Bronx, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Jocelyn.
