18 Dec, 2024I loved the class! I had never done this kind of circuit, it reminded me of hyrox videos i’ve seen, it’s super quick and a great way to start your day. Coach Gabrielle and Coach Mellissa are the best 🙌🏻

13 Dec, 2024I canceled my ClassPass and just signed up for Sweat440 after being a member of ClassPass for 10 years. Sweat440 is truly the best work out in the city, cardio, hit, weight lifting, you can take it as easy or hard as you want. The facilities are clean & there are showers + the staff is supportive and cheer you on through the class. Melissa is the best & she helped grab me a good deal before the new year rush!

30 Sep, 2024I’ve been going to Sweat 440 for the last year and really like the fast paced quick workouts. I also love the flexibility of timing with a new class starting every 10 mins - so I never feel rushed in the mornings to make a specific class on time. They also give you guest passes and it’s fun to get your friends into the gym at the same time as you for that extra motivation (if you need it! 😉)

11 Sep, 2024I've been going to Sweat 440 FiDi for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are short, fast-paced, and constantly varied, which keeps me focused and makes the time fly by. It never feels like I'm working hard because I'm so engaged in the workout. After just a couple of weeks, I've already noticed improvements in my physical appearance and endurance. The staff is incredible – always friendly, smiling, and motivating throughout the class. And I have to mention the playlists – they are on fire! The music really helps keep the energy up and makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an efficient and fun workout!

10 Nov, 2024My experience at the gym was good. However, I paid for a year upfront, then had to move after 3 months to take care of my ailing mom out-of-state. Sweat440 refused to refund me. Not nice.
