06 Nov, 2024BEST GYM IN ILLINOIS! Should be in The United States top 10 gyms of all time! This gym has some of the best trainers named Shane and Veronica for example! The owner Brian dedicates a lot of time and money into making this gym top tier! People who don’t know the value of a great gym don’t understand. This is not a meat head gym. One thing that can improve is the music selection. It’s hit or miss and sometimes it’s so low you can hear more of the people talking in the gym versus the music. A jukebox would be SUPER cool in a gym like this or even a pay to play day where customers could pay $5 per track to have their song of choice played in case they forget their headphones or just want that one song played for a new PR or to get the gym energy up. I’d definitely pay! ☺️ Also the prices of the gym membership are super cheap for a gym of such great state of the art equipment! Some people still find a reason to complain or go to cheap gyms. But you can’t win em all!

The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, with a wide variety to suit all types of workouts, whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or classes. The environment is always clean, and there's plenty of space, so you never feel crowded even during peak hours.

11 Jun, 2024This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. Customer service alone makes this five stars, but Brian thoughtfully curated each piece of equipment guaranteeing you get jacked. Add to that the community here is friendly, respectful, and tidy. It wins all the way around. If you live anywhere near here this should be your gym.

27 Aug, 2024I LOVE THIS GYM FIRST BECAUSE THE OWNERS NADIA AND BRIAN They are incredibly friendly and dedicated individuals who constantly strive to improve each area of their gym and the area is amazing because each machine is made in a specialized way to focus each muscle. Every tiny detail matters, which is the reason that makes this gym so special.
