09 Dec, 2024Worst care I’ve ever received. Sat in the emergency department for 5 hours, no IV given despite my number one concern being vomiting. Kept being told my results were not back even though I had all of them on my connect. In the end I was given my discharge papers with no explanation or my diagnosis

25 Aug, 2024I had a great experience in the E.R, Dr Andrew was amazing, he explained everything very well, would check in to share updates & the nurses especially Nurse Grace were phenomenal. the ultrasound tech Juan Henrique gave Excellent 5 star service, he was so comforting, soothing and made the exam feel peaceful. I mean, from arriving to my discharge, it was very pleasant, and I received excellent treatment. thank you to everyone working on a Saturday and having such a good attitude. appreciate what u do!

28 Oct, 2024Pretty subpar work in all aspects. Currently in ER with my mother and we’ve been here almost 2.5 hours. We have NOT seen a doctor yet, only nurses and they (Staff) are all having fun, and chatting in the back. The only time we were given a look at all, is when I have to essentially stop an employee for more information. Everyone here is clueless on what’s going on and has no value whatsoever. By far the worst experience thus far, and this even includes urgent care locations. At least urgent care will tell us they don’t know what is going on to save us time. I gave 1 star because she was offered crackers and apple juice after seeing her sugar reach 70. (1.5 hrs in). Only go to this place if you need to use the bathroom, or you want to spend several hours looking at people portraying medical staff. UPDATE : here for almost 3.5 hours already. Nurse went on break and apparently forgot to transition. Yet another subpar experience.

16 Oct, 2024Excellent!!! Hospital Had my baby a month ago and they treated me like if I was the second baby !! Had an excellent labor. Doctors, nurses, food service, Etc are very hard workers. Always giving me the best from them !!! Hope you guys keep up the good work !! By the way my husband love it also😅☺️

21 Nov, 2024I delivery my baby here on 4/13/2023 . Best experience ever, nurses are super profesional and caring, there was always someone there whenever I had any questions, I wish I could deliver my second baby here too but I’m too far away now😞
