18 Nov, 2024Called for consultation. Reasonable at 150. Stephanie did a great job putting everything together so attorney had for consultation. Attorney Heather was reassuring and honest. So relieved there was a solution. I actually became tearful when she told me they could help. Retained firm and heard from my new attorney that same day. 23 Nov, 2024Poor communication. Sales pitch consult number one- was ok. Second consult - attorney was rude and I should have ran. Paid for services which were less than helpful and unacceptable communications (lack there of) by what seemed to be a poorly educated, very junior attorney who did not have answers to several of my questions. I had to email and complain to get him to respond and that cost me $656 dollars. Contacted M Macomber- requested to end relationship with firm. Remainder of retainer took two weeks to receive.

12 Oct, 2024My representation, Mr. Joseph Wilkensen understood the gravity of my situation, and put the work in to make sure I had the best possible outcome. He and Ms. Laurie Griffin worked irregular hours to make sure I had an answer to every question regardless of time, given how time-sensitive these situations can be. Hopefully I won't need legal counsel or representation again anytime soon, but I will not hesitate to return if that need arises.
