02 Nov, 2024The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to extend my room and they did it with no problem. The night clerk was very helpful she gave me some great advice. She also made sure she gave me a room that she could keep a eye on me and make sure I was safe. My room was clean and comfortable.

12 Aug, 2024I like the Hotel and for the price it is pretty resonable. Never had a complaint about staff however, I have had a few incidents when I felt there should have been more supplies in the rooms. Hint: add a few more towels and face cloths. Create a quality control. Shampoo, soap and conditioner goes a long way when it comes to service. To the management or review person..... Its clear that you have a vested interest in these reviews. Professionaly, your responses to the bad reviews should not be so emotional with the hint of sarcasm attached. You will get bad reviews in any business from guest, disgruntal employees, enemies and competition. The key is to rise above and let the good reviews be your response. You have more good reviews than bad.

21 Apr, 2024I'm giving this hotel 4 stars not because this is not a 4-star hotel, but because for a hotel of it's level it is good and no bed bugs. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. My room had a hot tub shower. I stay here when I come to the area.
