24 Oct, 2024I absolutely love this place! I visit NYC about 4-7 times a year for work, and I always book my stay here. While I'm not a huge fan of being so close to Times Square, it's really not as bad as you'd think. There’s a little light from Times Square, but nothing overwhelming. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff—they are always fantastic and welcoming. It’s also in a great location, within walking distance to plenty of food spots. One of my favorite perks is the free wine and cheese hour around 5 PM, which has definitely become a key reason for my repeat bookings. Who can say no to free wine and cheese? The rooms are consistently comfortable, with cozy beds, and it's a fun touch to have the TV embedded in the mirror. Definitely recommend staying here!

02 Dec, 2024We were so excited to stay at this hotel. We love Hyatt. However, the customer service at this location was horrible. I called before booking to make sure I could use a gift card I had and was told that I could. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant told me I could not and did not call there because nobody would have told me that. I sent multiple emails after leaving to both the general Hyatt customer service email and management staff at that location, but there was no response weeks later. Finally, after filling out the survey, someone from their survey department reached out. Still, nobody from the hotel has. We will not be returning to this hotel and do not recommend it.

10 Sep, 2024My wife and I stayed at the Time because our Delta was flight was cancelled due to the recent tech issues and we great enjoyed our stay. The room was a normal NYC hotel room, not large but cozy comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us. I worked from the room and had no issues. The location is very good for any needs. The staff at the hotel was super friendly and accommodating. I asked for a PDF receipt so I could request reimbursement and the Time employee removed a charge that he said are generally not reimbursed. This was totally not necessary but appreciate. All in all, a great stay even if I was due to an issue beyond our control.

12 Nov, 2024I celebrated my girfriend’s birthday at the Time. Before we came, I called to request a small decoration for my room and the outcome was incredible. The staff made it so cute and my girlfriend loved it. I attached an image below (my cake was mine). My room is really modern and clean and the hotel is right next to times square which is great to my plan. Thanks to all of the staff here! Highly recommended!

07 Oct, 2024My husband and I recently spent 2 nights at this amazing hotel. This was our 2nd time staying here. The location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are a good size for NYC and very clean. This has been our go to hotel for an ideal staycation. We celebrated my birthday this past weekend, and Dee was awesome setting up a nice welcome/birthday gift in our room. Michael checked us in, and he was wonderful, very personable and helpful. All staff we encountered were very friendly and kind. Thank you all for making this birthday so memorable.
