I recently went to the Nassau Credit Union in Garden City and had the most pleasant experience with the banking assistant. Thank you Dana for your help… you were fantastic. So often people don’t get recognized for the work they do, so I just wanted to put this out there..

Renne from the Underwriter department of Nassau Financial is extremely rude and doesnt like to be corrected. She interrupted me every time I tried to speak. She asked me what common sense means to her? I asked her 7 times for Mr. Wang information which was her supervisor. I called this AM to simply apply for a $2000 loan. I advised I used to be a member of Nassau County FCU but I currently reside in Queens. The lady said no problem to simply apply on Line. Happy Renne calls me to tell me I was declined SINCE I LIVED IN QUEENS??? SHE TELLS ME IM WRONG FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT?? Her employee should have stated right away Mr. ___ sorry your not able to apply you don't live in Nassau. Common sense you would think? Not at this place?.. She than ended our phone call saying how sweet I would be if I was hypothetically approved?? I AM SO HAPPY THAT I HAVE AN INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. YOUR SYSTEM NEEDS TO SIMPLY NOT TAKE ANY ZIP CODE THAT DOES NOT RESIDE IN NASSAU COUNTY???? DO NO TRUST THESE PEOPLE W/ YOUR INFORMATION / MONEY . IF YOU GET RENNE ON THE PHONE HANG UP AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE. I FELT LIKE I WAS ARGUING WITH A CHILD. NASSAU FCU MR. WANG BETTER BE CALLING ME ASAP TO WORK ON CONTACTING THE CREDIT BUREAU TO HAVE THIS WASTE OF AN INQUIRY REMOVED.

they changed the policies after i already changed banks and now its a high minimum in the account would have never went with this bank if that was in place beforehand :/
