04 Dec, 2024This is our 2nd visit to this hotel. Mike checked us nothing was to much he explained everything to us. Sonnie and Annie were extra helpful on reception. Room was spotless, shower was great and included amenities. Breakfast was great and varied everyday. Roof top observation deck was a great little added extra. Free tea and coffee all day too is a lovely treat to. Would definitely return to this hotel again.

21 Nov, 2024I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was safe and is literally half a block from Times Square, Broadway, shopping and great restaurants. Your staff went above and beyond to ensure our trip and accommodations were 5 star throughout the length of our stay. Rochelle, Mike, Sonnie and even Security were amazing, so professional, had great local recommendations and were such a pleasure to work with. I’m definitely recommending this location and will be back as soon as I can get to New York again!

27 Nov, 2024Absolutely fabulous customer service from Susan at the Front Desk. Full disclosure - we haven’t begun our stay yet, but I called for some details regarding our upcoming stay & Susan knocked it out of the park. So knowledgeable, courteous and thoughtful - Susan is exactly why I chose a Hampton Inn. If she is any indication of our stay next week, we will have the most amazing trip! I haven’t been to NYC in over 25 years; I was fairly apprehensive about it before, now I am just plain excited. Thank you for having amazing employees who set the right tone for an upcoming stay!

15 Oct, 2024Clean hotel in a great central location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection. Staff were friendly. Loved the water refill station in the fitness center. Wait times for elevators can be long at peak times. I’m sure it’s expected in NYC but road noise is very loud at night. I wish we would have thought to bring a sound machine or something.

14 Nov, 2024Check in was easy. Mike at the desk and I can’t remember the other agent’s name but they were recommending places to eat that were local to the area with we appreciated. Room was cleaned everyday and quite spacious. Only room complaint was the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to cover the edge of the tub so water would trickle out sometimes. But the main reason for this stay was the location! 5 min walk or less to the heart of Times Square and nearby subways and buses. We mainly went for Broadway so we were definitely in the heart of it all.
