Used this once while traveling. I went there in the early morning at 6 AM, and it was not crowded. I like the fact that they offer fluffy towels and shower gel, so you don't have to bring your own. You can also buy protein drinks at the reception.

I have been a member of this gym since 2021. Most of the staff member during the weekday are lovely and great. I mostly come during the weekday, and yesterday i went to the gym on Saturday. I never used the sauna until yesterday to deal with my sinus infection. A lady walked in with her outside cloths and sneakers. I told her that she should not be in the sauna with sneakers etc. Before leaving i told the front desk person and the fact she is walking behind me. He immediately claimed he did not know who it is. I told him there were very few woman at the gym, i can pin point who it is if he can review who signed in. The front desk person gave me a pep talk saying i should never confront someone and she was rude to do that and i should have come downstairs and complained. He said i should contact the manager. The front desk person seems to be inexperienced and too new and was eager to talk to his friend instead. Maybe get more experienced person to man the front desk especially on Saturday.

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with freezing my membership. Do not go here, Crunch will scam you out of your money. I’ve been contacting this gym for over a month to freeze my membership because I injured my hip and have a letter from my PT explaining that I’m not cleared for regular gym activities yet and have STILL not heard back. I’ve emailed their website, talked to the district manager, and gone in person to the gym to get it frozen, and every single time, I am either ignored or told that someone else (who is conveniently not available) is responsible for taking care of it. At this point I just want to cancel my membership, but I can’t even do that because I’m not getting a single helpful response!! Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The facilities and location are not worth this terrible treatment.

Came in thinking I will sign up, I asked about the trial and was asked if I knew about pricing and if the promo I saw was franchise or not. Immediately felt like I was being arranged in a can you afford this or not file. The gentleman bald head skinny short was hyping up the place amazing list goes on. I’m no newcomer to gyms. I’ve had memberships from lifetime fitness to private gyms. I know what to expect and levels to expect especially if I’m told it’s better then a LA Fitness but less then an equinox. That set the tone for me when I went upstairs. Locker rooms are about what you expect in a regular gym nothing out of ordinary. Bathrooms were dated and broken soap dispensers. Has a sauna, that’s cool. Went upstairs to workout all the right equipment you could ask for. Place was pretty well maintained had all sorts of racks you could ever use. Dumbbells go up to 140 lbs. biggest seller for me was a the punching bags. That alone sold me to sign up and location being a block from my job. I currently use planet fitness and LA fitness. PF in NY and LA fitness down the street from me in NJ. That being said, my LA fitness has a daycare two pools and saunas and all the regular equipment a decent gym should have. That being said though I was still in the kind to sign up. I went down and was asked how was it, I gave my honest opinion and the skinny short bald gentleman took that to an offense. Shut down on me and started to tell me to have a good day. I was slightly upset because mentally I signed on. But after that interaction I decided to just go. I’ll take my business to the lifetime fitness at Penn station.

So, I really, REALLY want to like this gym. BUT - I’m extremely close to cancelling my membership, and I’m only 3 weeks into it. I workout pretty often and have been a member at a few gyms. And I have to say, this is the first time I’ve had such an annoying experience with the staff. The amount of personal training bookings that are being pushed on the floor at this location is absolutely ridiculous. They’ll watch you constantly, interrupt your workout to give you “pointers,” and then pressure you to book a session while they’re taking down your phone number. I workout 4 times a week here and every single time I’ve come, I’m being pushed to sign up for a session. It’s really obnoxious and I’m not sure why this particular location is so adamant about the sales part of it. Like seriously, the location has a lot to appreciate: 1. Very clean 2. Always-working equipment 3. Large locker rooms 4. Cool amenities like the sauna and flat iron stations. So what’s with the incessant pushing of personal trainings, ON TOP of the daily (and multiple) email comms?! Unnecessary. And while SOME of the unsolicited tips and workouts are useful, I’m here to get into my zone and destress after a long day at work, not have to put on my mean face and dodge pushy sales folks disguised as trainers. It feels condescending and intrusive. I don’t know why it’s like this at this location, the other locations I’ve been to haven’t done any of this, but unfortunately this is my main location since I’m looking for something close to my job so keeping a membership wouldn’t be worth it if I stop going to this location. For the record, I don’t blame the trainers but I totally blame management, so if youre the manager/corporate lead reading this - can yall chill out fr on this?! You’re turning off a lot of customers this way. Other than that, I do like the gym overall, it’s just the personal training policy that’s frustrating. I’ll give it another month, but for now I hope they take notes on this review and just STOP with this policy.
