17 Dec, 2024I never felt so unwelcome . I work in customer service and I would never hire a person like the one who is giving tours. No energy, no a welcoming smile or any emotion. First Impression matters, and that girl at the second desk was . I went there because it was highly recommended. Her energy is draining. It is a shame because the place looks good.

29 Jun, 2024This gym is in terrible condition when it comes to cleanliness; observing the state of the bathrooms and amenities is extremely disgusting. SAUNA CLEANLINESS NEVER!! They never properly clean the sauna; there's a thick layer of dirt on the floor, and it appears moldy everywhere. The person in charge of cleaning NEVER CLEANS THE SAUNA PROPERLY; they should use a brush or a hose and clean that dirt at least once a week!!! IT'S SUPER DISGUSTING AND NOT HYGIENIC AT ALL. SHOWERS Disgustingly dirty, I would like to say that they only wash them once a week, but the trash under the mats has been there for months. I don't know who came up with the brilliant idea of using mats in the shower; OBVIOUSLY, that worsened the hygiene conditions since THEY NEVER CLEAN THEM. The evidence in the photographs proves it. JACUZZI This is also a SCAM, THERE IS NO JACUZZI, it doesn't work, and IT WILL NEVER WORK. But the problem is not only that there is no jacuzzi; the problem is that THEY DO NOT CLEAN THAT AREA, and it looks disgustingly dirty and unpleasant. LOCKER ROOM Like the other amenities, the locker room is disgustingly dirty; the air ducts are filled with dirt. There's a lot of garbage inside the lockers. And the garbage on the floor is not picked up; it can stay there for hours, and NOBODY COMES TO PICK IT UP. BATHROOMS Disgustingly dirty. The showers drip. The shower handles don't work. The water pressure is very low. NO TOWELS There's no towel service, for the price they charge, not having something like that is ridiculous. BAGS Sometimes they don't even provide bags, and it's ridiculous. DISORGANIZATION Nobody puts the dumbbells or weights in the right place. People spend their time recording themselves, and it's really uncomfortable to do a routine and be recorded by people of dubious reputation. The machines smell quite bad. SERVICE The service from the employees is terrible; the women at the reception spend their time talking among themselves: a simple good morning, good afternoon, or welcome wouldn't hurt, I mean, out of politeness and courtesy. The people who work in the offices are also very unpleasant, both in attitude and professionalism.

07 Aug, 2024I’ve been a loyal member of Club Fitness since they opened years ago, and despite having moved out of town, I keep coming back because this gym is simply the best! They have a great variety of equipment and they are always making upgrades, adding new machines and keeping the place impeccably clean. They also provide cleaning products and paper towels so each person can clean after using each machine. Each person is responsible of being considerate of the next person using the machine, by being neat and by the amount of time spent using it if it's a busy hour. It's called Gym Etiquette!! The bathrooms are also kept spotless, thanks to the wonderful lady who’s been in charge of cleaning all these years—she does her job exceptionally well. The gym has four floors, including the Cave, where there’s even more equipment available. I don’t know where those pics of the broken down sauna came from, but the women’s bathroom and sauna are in pristine condition. Club Fitness has been a significant part of my fitness journey, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s worth the trip every time!

15 Aug, 2024I had a fantastic experience at Club Fitness NYC recently, thanks to the attentiveness of the staff and their commitment to member comfort. During my workout on the upper level, I noticed that the temperature was unusually high, making it quite uncomfortable. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and I was impressed by how quickly they addressed the issue. Paul, the manager on duty, immediately took action. Within minutes, he assessed the situation and made the necessary adjustments to cool down the area. His swift response made a world of difference, and I was able to continue my workout in a much more comfortable environment. It’s clear that the team at Club Fitness NYC genuinely cares about their members’ experience, and I appreciate their dedication to providing a top-notch facility. Big thanks to Paul and the entire team for their exceptional service!

02 Nov, 2024It’s definitely not new but given there are no other gyms nearby this one has all the weights and machines needed. It could use an upgrade though. One thing to note is you have to bring your own mat.
