07 Nov, 2024Everyone who works here is so kind, friendly and helpful! Glenn and Michelle helped us out most but every staff member we interacted with was great. Everyone really went above and beyond, top tier service. The hotel is close to the R, W, 4 and 5 trains that will get you pretty much anywhere with ease. Plus walking distance from lots of great sights and food. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We love it here!

12 Nov, 2024The customer service is on the level of a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend booking directly through them. Even though the third party app was responsible for a payment mixup, the manager took initiative to resolve my concerns. The outcome alleviated my frustrations and gave me the opportunity reevaluate the hotel from a more neutral perspective. Firstly, the downtown trains are at the corner of the block for those wanting public transport. Boats to Elise Island, the East and Hudson River, Wall St, historical Stone Street and many other NYC attractions for business are tourism are within walking distance. The decorations of the rooms are chic modern and clean. The windows face corporate offices so this place is best for people who like to pull down the blackout curtains for a deep silent sleep. I wish there was a fridge or restaurant in the hotel but it is located near several NYC favorite restaurants and coffee shops. While the hotel still isn’t my personal favorite since I prefer sky views and sun waking me through the window in the morning, I think that it can be the perfect accommodation for those seeking a stylish Manhattan room with exceptional service and easy access to all the attractions you can imagine. Another great option is that you can pay to bring your dog yet the hotel smells great and is very clean.

20 Jul, 2024I flew into NYC last night for an interview today that was a five minute walk from the hotel. This was my first time staying at a hotel alone, so I really appreciated how small and comfortable my room and stay was. It was very quiet, and my stay there was great! I checked out this morning and was able to leave my bags at the front desk and pick them up after the interview, so that was extremely convenient! The service was great, and all employees I interacted with were kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel as it checks off all of the boxes in terms of a good hotel.

08 Oct, 2024Well located, clean room and comfortable bed, but room was very small and there is little room for your luggage, clothes and toiletries. Our neighbors were loud and kept us awake. I finally had to bang on their door at 1 am. AC fan sounded like a 747. Garbage trucks were early and very loud. Desk clerk was friendly and location was good, but I would probably not stay here again. Not restful.

It is so conveniently located - with a subway station just by its doorstep and walking distance to many historical monuments, perfect for those visiting the city. The neighbourhood is safe, with lots of cool restaurants and cafes to check out. The staffs were friendly and helpful, offering cool tips and recommendations around the area. All in all, an enjoyable stay in Manhattan.
