13 Nov, 2024I was at a stop light on my motorcycle and got rear ended by a car. The car owner's insurance company told me that according to the laws of NY state they didn't have to help me. That's when I called the Barnes Firm and they assigned my case to Aybike Donuk. I was only in the office for about 30 minutes when I met with her for the consultation and she got me into therapy and started working on my case. In the end I made an amazing recovery with the help of the therapy and Aybike was able to get the insurance company to settle for the full limit of the driver's liability. I sincerely hope to never get in another accident, but if I do I'll definitely be choosing the Barnes Firm again after that 10 star experience with Aybike and her paralegal Nahuel.
