20 Dec, 2023Was recommended to him by a friend and I am amazed. They changed my perspective about going to a dentist completely, best experience I ever had. Dr. Lee and his assistants are the best in town, highly recommended, they are great, precise and efficient with the best treatment you could get. From the moment you walk in you won’t even realize you are at the dental office, everyone and everything was super nice. If you are not coming here for your dental treatment you are missing out.

20 Mar, 2024After reading all the reviews on Google I was a bit skeptical as they seemed too good to be all true :) but I’m happy to say that it’s been a great experience for me. I came for the cleaning and a few fillings and then for the candid aligners. The whole process was always very pleasant, but also efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

14 Feb, 2024I am not one to write a review but I felt that I should due to how horrible my experience was and I wouldn't want anyone to ever experience what I did here. My dental surgeons name was Dr.Cohen and I had THE WORST experience with him. For starters, they had me have another X--ray even though I've already sent them the X-ray from my dentist, so therefore I would have to pay more money than I needed to. Second, once I'm in the chair, no one is talking me through anything or guiding me through the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was then under the impression that I was going to be put under especially because I had one tooth impacted. While I was in the procedure room they brought me papers to sign and then rushed to get started. All the sudden and without any warning, they start putting needles in my mouth and I start crying/shaking. This didn't stop them from continuing and again no one is talking me through what's going on. Once I start feeling my mouth go numb, I realize that was what they were doing. Then all the sudden Dr.Cohen states "all right, top teeth done." I was never even told they were beginning surgery.. THEN, in the middle of my surgery, one of the machines break and they're trying to fix it while I'm literally sitting in the chair freaking out. IN THE MIDDLE OF HAVING MY TEETH PULLED OUT, THEY MOVE ME TO ANOTHGER ROOM AND have the audacity to make a joke about "musical chairs." Once Dr.Cohen starts working on my impacted tooth, I am in pain and clearly communicate, "I can feel this and it really hurts." He just says "You're okay." and continues. He was very cold and harsh during the whole process. You'd think that would be the worst of it but it continues to get worse. I then get my medications sent to the near by pharmacy and they said it wouldn't be ready for another 3 hours and since I live all the way in Bushwick, I decided to leave and have it transferred to the one near me. I couldn't get my medications until the next day. Dr. Cohen then calls me and is INCREDIBLY rude and made me feel horrible for not being able to pick up my medications. He was basically gaslighting me and telling me that it's not possible for the medications to not be ready in another day and that I should've just waited at the pharmacy in SOHO. In a very mean tone he kept saying "this is all preventative." He had no sympathy whatsoever to my situation. On top of that, I come to realize that the medicine he prescribed me triggered flare ups for my Lupus. I filled out many patient forms communicating that I had Lupus so this is something he should've known. This was one of the worst doctors experiences I have ever had and I truly believe that Dr.Cohen should not be a doctor or allowed to do surgery.
