10 Jun, 2021Sean Kim is the best decision we made for our wedding. He also took fall photos of us 7 years later, and I was just as blown away from our little family photoshoot as I was of our wedding day photos!! Sean is extremely warm, professional, and will make you feel at ease during any photo shoot. He is a confident, highly skilled photographer and is able to get his beautiful shots seemingly effortlessly. During our wedding Sean was always ready with camera at hand to get the perfect photos but was never intrusive and let us enjoy our moments naturally, which makes for the best photos. My husband and I are both artists, and when searching for a photographer, Sean's photos really stood out to us because he has such an artistic eye. For our family photo shoot, Sean went far beyond our expectations, which were already quite high! I requested some sunset photos and he did everything in his power to make those sunset photos happen, which was tricky with it being a cloudy evening. He also was very open to my ideas in both the wedding photos and the family photos. For our wedding, I wanted a nighttime sparkler photo but it started to rain- Sean said let's do it anyway, and they came out so cool! For the family photos, I said what about if we play with bubbles? 01 Sep, 2024I loved working with Sean!! He is a professional through and through. First encounter with him was for my friend's wedding 8 years ago!!! And when it came time for my wedding I knew immediately he'd be the one to call. For our engagement photo shoot, he made things very easy for my "photo shy" (but more like photo adverse) husband. And with Sean's direction and relaxed encouragement, we got some really beautiful photos! From there I learned a bit what I wanted more from the wedding photos. And let me tell you, the wedding photos came out incredible!!! I had sent him several inspirations and he had taken them and gone beyond what I could have hoped for. The only thing I'm so mad at myself for, is that I wish I had made a list of all the types of photos I wanted to do, because there are some I totally forgot to bring up when it came to the wedding day. So definitely make sure you have a plan because Sean is so great and will work to accommodate your wishlist as long as YOU remember to pass it to him!! But if you don't have a plan it's still OK!!!! Sean is very skilled and will find some amazing frames you didn't even know you needed until you get the photos back and you won't know how you could have lived without them. Also, not trying to set any unrealistic expectations, but WOW our photos came back so fast. Good luck to future couples!

Its clear to see his use of lighting, depth and surroundings are superb. Sean is a true professional & makes everyone feel so comfortable even our baby loved him!
