14 Oct, 2024This establishment thinks it's ok for them to enforce "internal policies" that patients have no idea about although it effects them. So to let future patients know, they won't take your care credit as a form of payment if it's under $500, and there is nothing in that establishment that says that to let you know prior. Apparently everyone in the establishment doesn't know about this "internal policy", since I was told that I could use my care credit card for my $380 balance by the hygienist, and was told that I couldn't by the receptionist. October 10, 2024, I had a $380 charge that I had to pay, so like I normally do, I made sure to ask if I can put the charge on my care credit card, which I have done in the past. The hygienist said yes. I get to the receptionist desk to pay, the receptionist said that care credit has a $500 limit to use the card. I told the receptionist that I wasn't aware of that. That made no sense, but since she said that it was the care credit card that wouldn't allow the payment, I just put it on my regular credit card. Later on that day, I called care credit to ask them why there is a $500 minimum to use the card. They had no idea what I was talking about, and told me that there is no minimum to use the card. So, at this point I'm confused, so I called back, but by this time, the office is closed. They are also closed on Fridays. I called them again on, Monday, October 14th, 2024. I spoke to the same receptionist that I spoke to on October 10th. I told her that I called care credit, and that they said that they don't have a minimum amount. She then tells me oh, that's not care credit's policy, it's their own "internal policy". So, I ask her if that was posted anywhere to let the patients know about this policy since this would be important for them to know how to pay for the service just incase they wanted to use their care credit card like me. She said no, and that she's just a receptionist, and she will give this feedback to the owner. Then, I also asked her what would have happened if I didn't have the money to pay since I thought that I could pay using my care credit card, which is what I have always done, and what the hygienist told me I could use as a form of payment, since there is nothing saying that I couldn't use the card unless it was $500 and up? She said she didn't know. I also asked her why there is a minimum in the first place, and she said that there is some kind of fee that they have to pay that is more when they use care credit vs. another form of payment. Idk. It's nonsense for no reason when all they have to do is be professional and not be clandestine with "internal policies" or lie just to make patients pay the way they want them to pay. If you have to be secretive about it, then most likely you shouldn't be doing it and/or enforcing "internal policies" you don't have posted in your establishment that directly affect patients. It's always something at this place. It's to the point where they think that they can do whatever they want to do. Like another person said, the communication is horrible. They will tell you one thing one day, then it's another the next day. You hear one thing from one person who works there, then you hear another thing from the receptionist. It's confusing, especially when it comes to your treatment and billing, which should be simple so that patients can understand, and make decisions based on the information given BEFORE THE SERVICE IS DONE, not after or during treatment. Upfront. This place does not do that.

27 May, 2024It is quite clean, and the employees, especially the girls that work in the front office, are pleasant. They make a positive contribution to the workplace with their friendly grins and positive attitudes. When visiting a dentist practice, this makes a significant impact in the whole experience. Rozenberg Dental is an excellent choice in my opinion.

22 May, 2024Dr. Lana Rozenberg is a specialist in her profession and possesses a vast and extensive body of knowledge. Back in the day, I went to a different dentist who was nothing near as experienced as she is. An extraction of a wisdom tooth was the most recent treatment I had done. It was hard for me to believe how quickly she was able to do the task!
