11 Nov, 2024Came here for their under 30 lunch and it was great! The service was amazing our waitergave us great recommendations on wines and check on us very frequently. The food was great but some dishes are a little too salty and the dessert was extremely sweet. My favorite dish was the chicken one - I don't think I've had chicken this tender and good ever!

24 Nov, 2024A three star experience and service, without being too stuffy. The menu was like if you took Alinea, removed the gastronomy, and injected French. The oysters in pearls were the star for me. They were rich, creamy, and texturally interesting (but not on an off putting way). Every dish really "flowed" and everything was perfectly timed. The wine pairing was incredibly generous. I had to share some glasses with my table so I could remember the meal by the end of the night. The meal as a whole was much more filling than other pre fixe 3 stars (which I consider a positive). We aren't really squab fans, but we gave it a try, and they offered to substitute the dish when we all agreed we wouldn't eat it. But we declined because we were already filling up quickly. They offered reasonable accommodations to the menu to ensure everyone had the best experience possible. But above all, the service was stellar. Every member of the team was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and very passionate about the place.

28 Jul, 2024This was an excellent experience. The service staff was phenomenal. They were very professional and friendly. They helped guide us through the menu and ensured our dietary restrictions were not a concern at all. The main dining room and 9 course tasting menu comes with a hefty price tag but it is worth it. The food is excellent and you will certainly leave full but not stuffed. This was one of the best meals we have had to date. Walking through a mall to get to a 3 Michelin Star restaurant is off putting but the view once you get there helps you forget all about that. I'm very happy we had the opportunity to eat in the main dining room and next time I am in New York I will do my best to get a reservation there again. Definitely add it to your must eat list when visiting NYC!

10 Sep, 2024We have been to a few two and three star restaurants that did not live up to our expectations, but Per Se did. The food and service exceeded our expectations. When we first were seated at our table overlooking Columbus Circle, the hostess pointed to a small stool and said, "This is a rest for your purse." This small touch tells you about the attention level in the restaurant. Each course was perfectly timed and bursting with flavors. The sizes were perfect. By the end of the dinner we were full but not stuffed. And then came six or seven tiny desserts. At the end we got a bag with tasty morsels as mementos, as well as a menu of what we had signed by the chef. It was a memorable dinner.

30 Oct, 2024I can’t express how amazing Per Se is, not just the unbelievable dishes but the staff are top tier. This was our last night of our Anniversary week celebration in NY and it made our entire week worth it! If I could give more stars I would, thank you again to Per Se for making our experience wonderful!
