14 Dec, 2024Midtown Dental is amazing! There was literally no wait time. I received a dental scan (which I never had done before), plus the usual x-rays and cleaning. Everyone was super nice and answered all my questions. The hygienist even recommended me an electric toothbrush to get via Amazon while I was there, and I bought it right after getting my teeth cleaned while still in the dental chair. 10/10 service, no notes! And no cavities! :-)

18 Nov, 2024Perfect communication related to appointment setting, insurance info and updates via phone, email and text from Victoria at reception. Mandy the dental hygienist has tons of experience and knowledge - her willingness to be an educator and look for solutions to my concerns is super impressive. Dr. Rob is professional, kind and has great chairside manners. Awesome! Will recommend to others definitely!

14 Nov, 2024It was awesome great space staff friendly and inviting and welcoming. Very accommodating. The orthodontist was spectacular go ROB! And the 🍍 Mandy was superb. The receptionist Victor awesommmme!!! The woman who took my X-rays the best very careful and sympathetic I love this place I hope to stay here for long.

06 Nov, 2024First impressions start w the staff and they were genuinely helpful from directions to last minute change of appointment- No wait time. Dr. Rydstrom amazing down to earth guy listened to the problem post wisdom tooth extraction. Offered me choices - they’ve great payment plans if you’ve no insurance. Clean office - precise state of the art equipment- what more can you want in a dental experience? Highly recommend! Seven stars

17 Aug, 2024I really enjoyed my experience here!! I came ten minutes early and was seen immediately. I was nervous going into the appointment but from the minute I walked in, Dr. Patel and the team were so personable and made me feel so comfortable. He patiently addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. There was also so much transparency around the cost of any potential procedures and what he honestly thought was worth it for me and what wasn’t. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment which I didn’t even know was possible.
