04 Dec, 2024I enjoy the focused and effective 30 minute classes -- a full body strength and cardio workout packed into a short class. The program is fun and accessible to all levels of fitness. Coaches have taught me all the exercises from the beginner level, and encouraged me in my progress. Community is amazing and super supportive. I love LibFit!

31 Aug, 2024I wish I had found this place earlier! The 30-minute workouts can be as intense as you want, and the flexible schedule allows you to choose between morning or afternoon sessions. Each day brings a new workout, blending bodyweight exercises, dumbbell lifting, hanging, and running. Plus, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the coaches are very enthusiastic. Can't recommend this place enough!

14 Jun, 2024Dropped in this week while in town for work and had such a great experience! The owner was super responsive to my messages and they made me feel very comfortable and welcome when I arrived. Awesome 30 minute workout. Looking forward to going back next time I’m in town.

03 Jan, 2024Truly a hidden gem!! No fitness space like it. The workouts are HARD and efficient. Hitting all points - mobility, balance, strength, flexibility. Coach Mike is great, personable, and detail oriented. He definitely has created a warm and welcoming environment. Overall a great community ! Wish I found this place sooner.
