26 Nov, 2024I feel like this hospital is racist, I recently applied for a position which I was qualified for. So when I called to ask if there were any other positions coming up for that title, they kept giving me a nasty attitude. They just feel like they only want a certain ethnicity to work for that hospital honestly speaking and I wouldn’t recommend trying to work for a place like Lenox Hill because they are very discriminative. What was the whole point of interviewing me if you already had somebody for that position honestly now thank God for my other career that I have but that’s just sad when other people need jobs and you turning them down because of a ethnic situation.

24 Aug, 2024Yesterday I went to the emergency room for chest pains and trouble breathing. I am a sick person and I though my health problems were going to get worse. They accepted my health insurance. They did x-rays on my heart and the test results were back to normal. There is nothing wrong with my heart. They gave me medication and It made me feel better! I got discharge quick!

09 Sep, 2024I was treated in the ER and the care I received was truly exceptional. Julia (Triage RN), Cher (Billing Coordinator), Ben (Physician Associate), Dr. Haines, and Leah (PA Student) were all incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. Throughout my visit, they reassured me and even consulted with an on-call physician to ensure I was receiving the best care. They scheduled a follow-up appointment with a specialist for me and called promptly, just as promised. I couldn’t have been in better hands, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care I received at Lenox Hill Hospital.

02 Sep, 2024Had both of my children here. Bedside manner was great both delivering doctors were super!!! Dr Becker delivered my son this past Saturday 8/31/24 via c section and Dr Phillips delivered my daughter 12/15/15 by vaginal birth. The entire staff, nurses, pediatrician, lactation specialist EVERYONE was great!!!!!

07 Aug, 2024I delivered my 2 babies here 9 and 11 years ago. Downtown hospitals were closed because of the hurricane Sandy, nevertheless, I had a very good experience. L&D nurses are amazing. The 2nd time, I was able to have a private room and it was wonderful.
