They are thorough and gentle, which is great for someone with sensitive teeth like me! Also always efficient with timing. I never have to wait and they always do a great job reminding me about my appointments.

05 Nov, 2024I've been going to Gramercy Smiles for almost 10 years now, and I can't say enough good things about them.They make even going to the dentist easy and painless. All the staff, hygienists, and doctors are extremely friendly and kind. My dental hygienist, Julia, is a gem. She truly brightens up my day every time I see her and makes going in to get my teeth cleaned a joy instead of a chore. The front desk staff make scheduling and confirming appointments so easy. And when I need to make a change or reschedule, they are always so helpful and accommodating. I'm truly sooo grateful I found this place and cannot recommend them enough!
