But I am so blown away by Fly Over the City’s customer service that I felt compelled to write this review to show my sincere appreciation. They are, most importantly, always prompt, but also competent, patient, and reliable—this company almost feels too good to be true 😂 There have been a few times where I’ve had to call to change the details of my delivery, and I am always answered by phone operators that go above and beyond to help me, all the while being kind and friendly. The messengers themselves are great too. Thank you guys so much for the impeccable service you offer. I am extremely grateful!

He had researched the destination and determined that their mailroom could likely not accommodate my request, and offered me a variety of alternative options. Even though I was not able to utilize their services today, this prompt, thorough and thoughtful response is what customer service is all about. I can't wait to work with this company in the future!

They have great customer service, are fairly priced and using their website to book deliveries is so easy compared to other courier services. They let you feel just that. These guys are incredible. They saved my life. They're basically quiet superheroes.
