05 Sep, 2024Great experience! We were 45 minutes late for our reserves time and they didn't mind at all and they even gave us an extra 15 minutes on the end to get the bike back. Very helpful with adjusting the bike. They gave us a map of Central Park, and walked us through the route, things to see. Nice well-maintained bikes, and you can just walk in or you can save a little money by booking online in advance.

10 Sep, 2024We wanted to rent ebikes to tour Central Park and found Cycle Park on Google. We're glad we did! The reservation process was easy, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the store had lots of bikes available. The store is within a quick walk of Central Park. What was most impressive was the service I got after I had bike problems. We called the shop from the park and they brought a bike out to me right away, and extended our rental time. The second bike was perfect and we had a great afternoon. We will rent from Cycle Park again for sure based on this experience and highly recommend renting from them!

06 Sep, 2024Super easy. They have a system and get you going. All bikes are Trek bikes with multiple speeds. They have e-bikes and scooters too. We rented bikes and got locks and helmets to go with them, no additional charge. Also, up front we were given time to get back to the shop so we had our full rental time in Central Park. Would rent again here with no hesitation!
