30 Nov, 2024Cote truly outdid itself with its Thanksgiving feast, delivering an unforgettable culinary experience that earns every bit of its Michelin star status. From start to finish, every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The starters set the tone with a perfect balance of creativity and tradition. Fresh, vibrant ingredients and complex flavors made each bite memorable. We also had the pleasure of trying their Japanese Wagyu, and I can confidently say it was the best steak I’ve ever had. The melt-in-your-mouth texture and deep, rich flavor were nothing short of extraordinary, a true testament to the quality and skill that Cote brings to every plate. The desserts were the perfect finale, with the pecan pie being a delightful surprise. Rich, decadent, and perfectly balanced, it redefined my expectations of this classic treat. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience. Easily the best Thanksgiving feast I’ve ever had. I’m already looking forward to returning the next time I’m in New York—or when they launch their Vegas location. Cote has set the gold standard for dining, and I can’t wait to experience it again.

27 Nov, 2024What an awesome dinning experience! I was greeted by 3 fabulous guys at the host stand. The hospitality was so warm. The Wagyu was incredible and the cocktails downstairs were very good. Undercote is the cocktail bar downstairs. Full of plants and live plant walls. It’s first come first serve and you can order small bites down there. Note: Most of the side dishes contain fish sauce.

14 Nov, 2024Cote did not disappoint! Every part of the meal was absolutely incredible from the ambience to the service to the drinks and to the meal itself! We ordered the butcher feast and oysters. My favorite cut of meat was the flat iron Wagyu. It was so flavorful, tender, and just melted right in my mouth. Highly recommend visiting whether your local or just in New York City for vacation or work! Thank you to the Cote team for an incredible meal!

06 Sep, 2024I called COTE directly when I couldn't get a reservation online. We were a party of two and the only way to get a reservation is to call. The restaurant is set up to serve 4 people. However, they will take a reservation for two for the first seating and the last seating. They offer an outdoor space which is private and intimate but no AC. We were able to eat inside. The staff was very attentive and informative. This is a one Michelin star restaurant. Lots of side dishes accompany the Butcher's Feast. Meats cooked to perfection. I thought there could have been more meat. I used chop sticks the entire meal! Cocktails and wine were great ! The meal ends with vanilla ice cream with Carmel sauce.

At the end of the meal, I thoroughly enjoyed the complementary vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel. Overall, COTE manages to seamlessly combine the best of Korean barbecue with the sophistication of New York's steakhouse scene. It's a place where food lovers and steak aficionados alike can come together and leave fully satisfied. Whether for a special occasion or just a night out, COTE delivers on every level-this is a restaurant that truly deserves all the accolades.
