31 Jul, 2024My daughter booked a massage for me last Saturday with Johnny at Complete Body in the Financial District. I arrived early and was taken in before my appointment time. The front desk associate was professional and helpful. The facility is second to none! The women's locker room is massive and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The spa room was very nice, comfortable, and perfectly suited to an hour of relaxation and pampering. As impressive as the facility was however, Johnny was the star of the show! He was thorough and made note of my particular areas of concern. He worked through my tension filled muscles with stellar expertise and made recommendations for post massage maintenance of my trouble spots. He quite simply has magic in his hands! The service was impeccable and facility was phenomenal. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, highly recommend!

17 Sep, 2024Not a yoga studio, this place has my favorite yoga instructor. I’ve been all around, and she is the real deal. Simple but effective. I like the facilities as well. Not flashy but nice people and all the equipment and class you could want or need.

31 Oct, 2024Maia is the absolute best! She made my entire experience amazing and well above 5 stars. The gym and especially FiDi location / staff are incredible and super friendly. Overall I would highly recommend!

You gotta go” I’m sorry that you’re in a rush to go home at 8:00 pm, it’s 8:03 pm Your attitude is not needed nor warranted. I was getting dressed, after showering. But I guess customer service isn’t this companies strongest suit. Had my membership terminated, Amanda Bermudez is the manager for the club. A clown of a show, items from lockers being stolen, disrespectful manager, disrespectful workers and poor business etiquette from top to bottom and the email reflects exactly that

19 Jun, 2024I had a great experience at this gym. They were all Very friendly and accommodating. I met with Ian and he right away informed me about the group fitness classes and all the other perks this gym has to offer. Really a great overall experience and I am very interested in signing up long term.
