15 Jan, 2024I'm proud to call Dr. Morovati, my dentist. Elfida, the office manager, was also very kind to work around my schedule and greeted me with a warm smile once I arrived. I waited patiently while the doctor was getting ready for my Appt. I went in for my regular check-up and needed him to look in a molar that was extremely sensitive. X-rays we're taken, and he was so informative and professional that he explained the whole problem and process, and then I agreed to start the work. Unfortunately, I had to get a root canal. He was so gentle and patient with me... Dentists are one of my biggest fears. It went so smoothly, and I felt almost no pain whatsoever. This is one doctor that I 100% would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, professional, and gentle work done and very much worth everything I paid for his services. Flying stars 100% I must add Evy. The dental assistant was such a sweetheart that she actually held my hand for a minute when I was freaking out. Such a great team. Thank you all for such a wonderful visit.

05 Jan, 2024I'm not sure where the positive reviews come from. Either they had a very off day or there are lots of patients who have not had the pleasure of visiting a good dentist. I would definitely suggest reading further back in the review history and heeding those honest reviews. I arrived on time for a noon cleaning appointment on a weekdayand was not seen for a full HOUR. Checked with the receptionist after 30 minutes and again after 45 minutes and received no updates, apologies or explanation. She just kept saying "he'll be done soon". An hour after my scheduled appointment, which I scheduled around my workresponsibilities, i was finally taken in for a literal FIVE MINUTE "cleaning". The majority of my appointment was the dentist trying to sell me a mouthguard, however once it was clear I was not interested in his pitch, he took a cursory glance at my mouth, "cleaned" my teeth (no flossing or gum check) and left. 5 minutes of my hour+ appointment, max. Again no apologies for the wait, questions about my concerns or any other form of care. He also asked if I had xrays, which was not brought up to me before the appointment NOR during the full hour I was waiting, during which I could have requested to have them sent. Its cliche, but truly if I could give zero stars I would.

20 Jan, 2023This is a very clean and comfortable space. I am always greeted with a smile and i am always treated with courtesy, respect and empathy. Dr Morovati ensures that the best materials are used for every procedure. He is extremely experienced , efficient, and compassionate. I enjoy talking to him and values his advice. Although, there is a fear factor in going to the dentist, i go there because of the way i am treated and so the anxiety is not such an issue anymore. I have seen such improvement in my gums so that motivates me to go for all my checkups. etc. Dr. Morovati always does the best for me and he cares. I could not ask for a better dentist and staff.
